Jorge Lorenzo on Fiat Yamaha had a good session throughout but lost out to Pedrosa in the fag end to finish second fastest. Close on his heels was the Desmosedici Ducati Casey Stoner. Valentino Rossi meanwhile shrugged off the shoulder injury, one that he sustained during a motocross crash just yesterday.
